friends can offer on characters with the "no" tag but I WILL STILL BE TENT, just more comfortable about it because I'd know who they're going to!!
you can offer USD(preferred), art, or other characters(but I will be pickiest here because IM TRYING TO. LESSEN. MY NUMBERS), or even a mix of things! You can comment here or directly on the character with the offer, too!! Some characters I may be willing to haggle on the value of slightly but there will be some I will not budge on just because I'm still tent as is(I'm just willing to let them go for a really good offer).
Also, unless specified otherwise, you are ONLY buying the design NOT any associated story I may have listed for the character. You can keep their name and so forth, but you are not buying that story role/linked association to my ocs(unless otherwise is arranged-- and this is likely exclusive to just friends). If they're an important face, I'll probably make/buy another design to replace that exact role(as chances are i'm just disconnected atm from that design, not their purpose)
Specifically looking to thin these guys out, I think! Complete offlimits at the moment are Dracula, Caliban, Wraithstep, Wolfrustle, and Pondlurker. (Will entertain offers from very close friends, but still incredibly unlikely to accept as a headsup).
