Supreme leader. Dia is like an older sister that Culter respects beyond all measure. He feels guilt when he must follow his heart over her orders, but he always makes up for it in giving his all to their cause.

Feels deep respect for his leader, and would like to work closer to her in order to gain more of an understanding of what it's like to lead a team (as he'd like to be a commander someday.)
He looks up to his leader, but just doesn't want to be under her charge. He'd much rather leave the military if he could, and some day he will, but for now, he's too afraid of the consequences of defecting.

Tiny friend. She's wise beyond her years and cooler than most. He looks up to her....figuratively.
This fucking cute little sister babe let me die. It's weird to crush on a member of your team, but I mean, she's so cute, how could you not? For the most part, the sexual feelings are purely physical, but he admires her passion, her fighting style, and her weird way of always teaching him some sort of lesson.
Baby sister, but knows she's probably one of the most competent in the group. Despite her frame, Culter recognizes her strength, and whole heartedly appreciates her assistance in battle. It's always fun sparring with her and testing the gun function on his sword.

THIS GUY. THIS GUY!!! Bros, ride or die. Chad would give up his life for any of his brethren, but there's something about Liatris that makes him feel like he may just ask it of him.
And he wouldn't say no. Death might be a heck of a ride.
Another of his brother's cronies. They all start to meld into each other after a while, but Ape finds Liatris to be more forgettable than most.
Maybe that's on purpose, though.
She may as well be another daughter to Bess, and is a heck load more of a man then her son. She views the huntress as a great ally and mentors her whenever possible, giving her the super spicy dungeon crawling jobs, and sneaking her an extra cut of the cash.
"Life's hard out here. Especially for pretty girls....but this one can take care o' herself." She reminds Bess of herself when she was younger, and takes great pride in her accomplishments.

Who is the woman that keeps pulling my chair out from under me every time I try to sit down? I hear talk that she is Magda's older sister, a vigilant hunter on the prowl in the far reaching lands of Eos. So what the fuck is she doing here, yanking my chains. Literally. Stop it.
A close friend of Culter's; Magda has no ill feelings towards the man other than he snores a little while he's sleeping and it's terrible.
Some kid that Culter really likes. Confused about what his name actually is because he's heard so many different things. Beyond the confusion, Liatris looks at Magda as the pure example of what a civilian of Eos is.
To add to the cherry on the top of the cake, Liatris is also quite impressed by his ability to stave off hoards of daemons on a nightly basis.
Fast friends since joining the academy, Culter views Liatris as another brother. He values Liatris' loyalty immensely, and will not hesitate to help him out if in trouble. Additionally, he thinks their link strikes are pretty bad ass and they look the coolest out on the battlefield.
If Liatris could choose anyone to have his back in battle ( besides chad ofc ) then it would be Culter. Since stepping in the academy, he's considered himself to be close friends with him, someone who he would not only look out for but seems to also want to look out for him right back.
Kind of like the brother Liatris always wished he had.
Better than his friends. Not good enough for her brother. Or maybe too good. She's hard pressed to tell anyone how she really feels about it. Every time, the story changes. The only thing that stays the same is that she thinks he's an okay guy. Sometimes.
Honestly, Culter doesn't harbor any hard feelings towards Chione at all. He unconditionally has affection towards the huntress simply because of her relation to his boyfriend, Magda. He enjoys watching them exchange quips, and can genuinely laugh at her insults.
She's odd, he feels, but regardless of oddity, truly likes her!
Despite having gained a thickened skin from his training to be a member of the Crownsguard, Culter remains soft and absolute mush for Magda. It is rare to see him laugh boisterously, but the Chocobo wrangler can wrassle any strong emotion out of Culter.
He feels the most genuine of happiness for Magda, though he also fears an immense fear. He hasn't tasted loneliness in a long time since meeting him, and he is desperate to never experience it again.
