Hi! just putting this out there, but please do not comment or message me to ask to offer on characters not marked for sale, to be notified if/when I put a character up for sale, or basically anything related to purchasing/offering on characters that aren't in my sale folder. I know commenting to offer/ask to offer on characters is considered normal in some parts of toyhouse, and you may not find it rude personally... But I find these comments unwelcome and extremely impolite, and would appreciate it if comments such as these were directed towards my "for sale" folder instead.
I love my characters very dearly, so if a character is not obviously marked as 'for sale' or 'up for offers', please do not inquire about the character being rehomed and such. for now I don't think this warrants being added to a profile warning, but if it becomes a problem in the future then I will add a profile warning. thank you for understanding! <3

TL;DR: I don't care what you do with the characters I have designed, as long as you DO NOT edit my artwork or use my artwork of your character for commercial gain.
You may:
- Use your character however you want; this includes as a fursuit, webcomic character, AARPG character, animated series character, etc. and use your character for both personal and commercial purposes. Upon purchasing, you have all rights to the character.
- Edit or redesign your character
- This includes changing the species, turning it into a closed species, or turning it into an AARPG species
- Sell, trade, gift, hoard your character
- You may sell your character for more than you paid or bought them for
- I will never require my designs be trade-only or gift-only. You may sell designs traded to you and so on.
- Rehost your character's image on storage sites such as Art Fight, Refsheet.net, Sonagrove, Deviantart St.ash, Imgur
You may not:
- Edit my artwork without my explicit written permission. Do not alter, recolor, trace, or manipulate my artwork of your character in any way. I retain all rights to artwork that I have made.
- If you want changes to the character's design, it is your responsibility to create or purchase new artwork to reflect the changes
- You have permission to add your own watermarks to my art (and are encouraged to do so)
- You (the secondhand owner) cannot require subsequent owners to make a character that I created trade-only, gift-only, or only re-sellable for a certain value. You do not have the right to control or set the standards on the way in which characters I have made may or may not be rehomed after they have left your possession.
- This means if you buy a character from me for $20, and sell it for $20, the new owner can resell it for whatever they want regardless if the character comes with additional art or not
As the artist, I reserve all rights to the artwork. This means I may display the artwork on my own social medias or include it in a gallery of completed works, however I see fit. I will not resell your new character nor will I 'reclaim' designs that have left my possession.
You do not need to
- Keep a log of character's worth
- Resell for exactly what you paid
- Notify me of ownership change
