designs

• please do not heavily reference / copy / steal my designs, especially if they belong to someone else who bought them
• don't use my designs to promote anything hateful (racism, homophobia, etc.)
• when you use my designs alone, credit is not required (but appreciated!)
• please do not resell for a value higher than what you bought them for + value added by commissioned artwork - if you got them via art/trades they have no currency value and cannot be resold for currency (nor used for commercial purposes) !
• you're free to use my designs for whatever you want, but all NSFW must be behind a hard mature block and the character must be stated to be 18 or over! i also recommend you tag any gore / otherwise sensitive content with the appropriate filters !
• if you leave toyhouse for any reason, please don't delete my designs ! i would prefer to have them transferred back to me & i will say they're owned offsite & can't be offered on
• redesigning is OK as long as i am still listed in the design credits !

art

• my artwork is not to be used for AI training, NFTs, etc. under any circumstance 
• pls don’t remove my watermark entirely for public viewers (though you can put your own watermark over it if you now own the image)
• my watermark says not to repost without permission, but you don’t have to ask if the art is of a character you own !
• please credit my artwork when used (not needed when it's just the design)
• you can trace / study my non-commissioned artwork without needing to ask ! however, if you would like to post it anywhere, you must ask first and it must credit me and not be claimed as entirely your own work

• for commissions - refunds are only available if i am not able to complete it within the TAT (and i will let you know about this if i can't)
• for adopts - refunds are not available once you receive the adopt (unless in the event of a mixed offer where you cannot complete the artwork)
• please do not bid on adopts if you cannot guarantee payment for at least 48hr after bidding (which is when i will typically accept a bid) - i am understanding of emergency circumstances but if a backout happens for the 2nd time you will be barred from bidding money
