Carrd has quite a few premade templates based on how you want to display items or use the page, and is customizable almost entirely from the original setting you pick - I recommend getting all your social links and art links together in a text pad though, and you have to edit a lot of individual settings for objects on the page. :D
I'm certain there is a starting template that fits this for sure, I've see several folks have TOS and examples and links all on the same page. :D I wanted a real simple sort of landing pad for myself, so you can see mine here: https://acidapluvia.carrd.co/ but they can be made as complex or as simple as meets your needs! Just hop on there and pick something to start, you can make multiple pages so if you try something and decide it isn't right you can just delete that page and try again!

I was hoping to have it so that some of the clickable buttons stay on the same page but like display different text on the page, like TOS
