1. What is your favorite art piece you made this year?
I am still very proud of this one, though there are a few things I wish I’d done differently! Like I wish I had made her fluffier :’D I had a lot of fun playing around with filters on the crystal pieces
2. What is your favorite design you made this year?
I am super proud of this design! I love the way the colors work together and I also like the tiger stripes kinda pattern
and idk if this one counts but I redesigned pumpkin spice and I am super proud!
3. Which design or piece do you feel was *most* out of your comfort zone this year?
quite a bit of them actually! Any time I drew a human or anthro I felt very self conscious about my art. Also while working with neon/bright colors in designs, I prefer natural palettes
4. How many pieces of yours were personal art or vent art?
112 personal art! I counted :D only 1 vent
5. Show your first piece of 2022 and last piece of 2022 (so far) and compare them!
from Jan 1st 2022! The style was quite chibi, but I still like it a lot! (the same cannot be said for some of the stuff in the middle of the year)
and my most recent piece rn! I am pretty proud of it, though it could’ve been better
6. What do your chibis look like?
I haven’t done many, but I want to develop the style more so they have big heads and eyes
7. Piece you are least proud of! (what do you like/dislike about it, what is left desired, etc?)
this one,, I think the pose is really awkward and I hate the expression. The lines are way too thick in the wrong places, and the paws are very squarish
8. Name some inspirations that shaped or inspired your work throughout this year!
my biggest inspo is WolfHaven!! Her art is so beautiful and amazing, I hope to one day be as good as her. Her shading is very detailed and adds a whole new layer of depth to the art, I’ve tried to add that in my own drawings but I am often too lazy :P
glacier - I love the way she draws muzzles! I have always struggled to draw muzzles and I need to figure that out. :’D I also like how she can differentiate between cats and dogs, mine always look similar
@snazzypaws - I took a lot of inspo from them for the eyes! I love their eye style so much
9. Whats the most unusual species/creature you drew (opt: show it !!)
a bird cat dino?? https://toyhou.se/13725031.felix-
It’s a very pretty and interesting character, I just had a hard time drawing him :’o
10. Which piece has the craziest colors!! (CW if needed)
I loved drawing the crazy expression too!
11. Do you feel your art has improved since the beginning of 2022?
yes! I liked my style at the beginning, and I like my style a lot now too!
12. What are your art-related goals/resolutions for 2023?
goodness idk.. honestly I’ve been so busy lately I don’t have much time for art :’D
maybe just more personal and gift art! I don’t like comms as much bc I will often get a character I don’t really want to draw (be it neon colors, strange species, etc), but I feel bad telling people no so I draw it anyways
13. Final notes!
I just want to say! To anyone looking to improve your art style, don’t worry! With time and effort, you can become better. :D and if you like your art style now, just wait till you see it next year!

I got this epic hoodie of a dino playing the violin :D my mom made it for me, I have always loved dinosaurs and I play violin so it was just perfect. The color is like a dusty rose that I really like too 😍
and the favorite gift I gave was some banana earrings I made for my mom out of clay! :D I think they turned out pretty good

Woah that hoodie sounds AWESOME! My favorite gift I got would be a close tie between the model horse and rider I have been wanting for years and a big book of the blueprints they used to make the hogwarts set for the movies (I support the series not the author)
The favorite gift I gave would have to be a snail mug that I got for my grandma, its shaped like a snail and she says she likes it cause she gets bigger coffees in it (its a rather large mug)
