Terms of Service
Please read my Terms of Service before offering on any adopts or characters.
My Designs
- DO NOT steal or heavily reference my designs and characters (color picking and inspiration are fine!)
- DO NOT sell designs for more than they are worth without additional artwork added.
- DO NOT heavily alter designs. Small changes are ok but please don't claim credit for my work.
- You MUST credit me and the base artist (if applicable) when reposting images anywhere.
- DO NOT remove my watermark or signature if it is embedded in the work itself. It's totally fine to remove my watermark from ToyHouse though!
- DO NOT delete character profiles and reupload them! If you need help changing something, ask me.
- If you lose character artwork it isn't my responsibility to get it back to you. It's possible I have it saved and you may ask but be sure to make backups of your images and save them externally. I will not be responsible for negligence.
- I do not provide any refunds for adopt purchases.
My Artwork
- DO NOT remove my watermark or signature if it is embedded in the work itself. It's totally fine to remove my watermark from ToyHouse though!
- DO NOT edit my artwork unless given explicit permission to do so! If there is something you want fixed or added, please reach out and I'll see what I can do.

Characters UFS/UFT
- I have a NO REFUND policy. If you have a payment plan that you fail to complete, I will not be responsible for refunding that money back to you, nor will I send the character until payment is complete.
- I may not respond to offers. Feel free to ask for a response if needed.
- I accept PayPal, Cashapp and Ko-Fi. Please ask for other alternatives
- If I don't accept your offer, DO NOT guilt or harass me into changing my mind. You may be blocked and/or blacklisted. I am under no obligation to accept any offers.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution will be met with the appropriate legal action.
