pixel icon raffle! [CLOSED]

hellohello! i recently cleared up my art queue this week, and now that art fight is over i have the free time to go through with that raffle i mentioned in a previous bulletin! ^o^/

i'm holding a raffle for a PC-98 inspired icon! some details about what this would entail:

1 GIF / PNG (if no animation)
160x160 pixels in size
only 16 colors (i am a perfectionistic stickler for accuracy... sorry LMFAO. i will let you know if this limitation interferes with your character in some way! just expect there to be some color experimentation)
4 frames of blinking animation, if desired (if the character cannot canonically blink, they won't! i am up for discussing a similar minor alternative movement with the winner, though)
pose/expression/character of choice
the icons listed above are some examples of my style and the quality that should be expected. they all follow these same details - the prize would look something like these!
my general comfort level with content also applies here - i can do blood/gore/body horror/suggestive themes (18+ only), though i sorta doubt this would be relevant here LOL

i can do humanoids, MLP ponies, and anthros/furries (flat-faced or not), though keep in mind that my level of experience with each character type is in that order, with the most experience being with humanoids!

if for whatever reason this raffle gets 50 participants, i will raise the bar to include 2 winners! these are fairly quick (and fun) for me to make, so they shouldn't take too long once a winner is pulled, but please keep in mind that commissions take priority over them!
