For the final time, hello everyone!!

I’m sorry for the dismal tone of last week. I really, honestly, thought that I had hit the end of the road with what I could find. That I’d end up disappointing the eager audience I’d finally connected with.

I am so, so happy to report that that’s behind me now, as this week I met someone very special.

This week I found my answers.

This week, I bring you one last interview.

And with it, I bring the article I’ve dreamt of publishing.

Thanks to all of you, everyone that has paid attention to my theories and boosted my voice to find those who could help. I’ve stirred up quite a commotion in the last month, and today it all pays off.

RULES

• Your account must be at least 3 months old and have some sort of history of posts to prove that you’re a real person and not a sockpuppet/burner account. We reserve the right to refuse to approve designs submitted by accounts with suspicious activity. If you do not use DeviantART much, you must have a link to other active socials on your page
  
• Mignyans made for this event default to common if you have no trait upgrades/scavenger traits! You do not have to use/have scavenged traits to submit anything, you just can’t go higher than common rarities without them :]
• It’s fine to take inspiration from copyrighted material, but we do not allow copyright material on the masterlist! If your Mignyan has, for example, a clothing item with a Pokeball on it, we will ask you to make an edit of the refsheet for the ML since we cannot upload your design otherwise.
• Likewise, designs inspired by preexisting media are fine, but we do not allow anything too similar to a preexisting character. If we find your design to be too similar to something that already exists, we will ask for edits! This includes fan characters for preexisting media, as it poses a copyright issue.
• DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR DESIGNS ANYWHERE UNTIL THEY ARE ON THE MASTERLIST! You will be pinged when your masterlist upload goes up - this is to prevent unapproved Mignyans floating around anywhere.

Note the group (@PLANET-MIGNYAN) using the following format:

NOTE TITLE:
ANNIVERSARY TURN-IN - (your username here)

NOTE CONTENTS:

• Username of owner:
• Username of designer: (optional - this is if somebody else designed your Mignyan!)
  
• Image upload of design: (sta.sh upload or Discord image link preferred!)
• Method of payment: Direct donation (CFH takes cards, Paypal, and Venmo) or Prompt participation (free - only usable if all 4 prompts throughout this month were completed!)
• Traits used: (please tell us if a trait is coming from a UC/R upgrade or not, and if you’re using one from your shop inventory rather than from this event itself!)
  
  

After you send your note, a mod will look over your design for approval and let you know if it’s been accepted or not!

If your design is approved, you will be notified of such in a reply. Check the list below for specific rules based on your payment method!

• Direct donation - You will receive a link to Care For The Homeless’s donation page. You must reply to your mod with a screenshot showing proof of your $15 donation (including the date it was made) before November 1st, 11:59 pm EST. We will be sending a reminder if you have 24 hours left to pay!
  
• Prompt participation - You have no extra steps to make once your design is approved!
  
  

Once your design is paid for, it will be uploaded to the Masterlist (@MIGNYAN-MASTERLIST) ASAP! Please be patient, as we will have a lot of designs to upload throughout the event! After that… yippee! You can upload your Mignyan wherever you like. Thank you for supporting the cause!

If your design is not approved, you will be notified of such and informed of what you could do to fix it. You will have the rest of the event (til October 31st at 11:59 PM EST) + 24 hours to make changes! Any designs not fixed before end time will not be approved.

If you’re worried that your note didn’t go through, please check with us in the Discord! We might get swamped, so things could take a while!
