i have toyhouse instagram and tumblr for art, and i wanna be a tumblr guy so bad but i just cant get into it.

twitter and tumblr. Toyhouse only for adoptables.

toyhouse has become where i post all my personal and custom art but deviantart is still where i update my portfolio with official stuff from long running series or impressive artistic feats :P there used to be a time where i posted on deviantart every day or every other day but now i'm so busy i only post every one to three weeks... :sweat_smile:

I use every site on the list and it takes me like 10 minutes to upload stuff lol. My favorite is tumblr though!

Toyhouse and discord is where I post my art. I used to be on DA until they became pro ai art 😭 

I heard new grounds is good to their artists, but I never used it myself

toyhouse and tumblr usually! toyhouse is alot more reliable if you need to directly link to the image but tumblr is alot better for reach. ^_^

I’ve used both Twitter and Insta to post art! But lately I haven’t made anything to my standards, so it’s just all gone on Discord- lmao

TUMBLR 100%!!! better tagging system for visibility and organization and like others said the asks and comments make it so fun for communication!

ive def had better engagement/notes on my art there than anywhere else ive posted (i post on insta and twt too and literally the difference in notes has been in the thousands!) its easier to curate your dash there too imo and where i prefer to go for both business and leisure time 

i love to post here too but i use toyhouse strictly for oc stuff whereas i use the other sites for all my stuff (ocs, commission/business, fan art etc!)

I used to make art on deviantart until I knew toyhouse.. But the problem now it's that deviantart is destroying itself, so now where do I post art? Instagram does not convince me, Twitter is really toxic. I don't usually use tumblr. But i see how bluesky is. 

Because I like toyhouse but I like a place to post individual art

its mostly toyhouse rn!! id dont use twitter / instagram for art really bc it destroys the quality so much n i simply forget to post to my tumblr art account

i actually recently got a side7 & a bluesky account tho so i do have others places i could at least! deviantart was never rly a thing for me and by the time i got ready to post on there it was full of ai 'art' & now its pro-israel so :[

though i would say i actually post my art in discord servers the most, like before i do on toyhouse!! its been a habit of mine for awhile

i use tumblr, it has a tagging feature and an archive feature so its easy to find stuff + its more customizable than anything else

 it also has an ask + submit feature which is fun for interacting with followers!

it doesnt ruin quality like instagram does, doesn't use ai like DA, and doesn't have the toxicity of twitter, so its my favourite and i can totally recommend it!

I use toyhouse and have an art server where I also post. I have a patreon and insta as well, though those go unused much of the time since it’s tough to get visibility for various reasons. I’ve heard good things about bluesky, I do have an account but I’ve yet to upload there.

There just isn’t really any good sites to post art for me. DA has that whole AI thing and just blah but it would be a good place to post art because that’s what it’s made for. Instagram is very picky with the algorithm and I also have to turn off WiFi whenever I use it at home since my dad has it blocked. Twitter is twitter, also I tried to do twitter and it would log me out if I wasn’t on the site after like an hour so I gave up on that real quick. tumblr is scary, and I do not have bluesky so yeah

Telegram! I'm most active on my art channel there.

Tbh I mostly keep it to myself? I technically have an art blog on tumblr but it’s not like i post anything 

It used to be Scratch, but now that it's so overcrowded, I thought I'd give toyhouse a try! I guess toyhouse isn't very suited for individual art pieces though so that makes me sad :(

Instagram is my main platform, but I've mostly given up on it at this point. It's not at all suited for art sharing anymore, and I'm looking for a new platform to grow on!

I mostly share on th because I don’t feel a pressure to get likes/comments/interaction as much. I post on Instagram occasionally and even more occasionally, if it’s something I’m really proud of, I’ll share it in the art Discord servers I’m in:)!
