Hello everybody! Welcome to another important post from the project. Today, I'm finally releasing the “Employees applications”, please read everything carefully in order to apply if you're interested!
What is an employee?
Employees are the project's helpers, responsible for helping me execute it. They can work in different areas, such as:
Receiving and sending OCs;
Answering questions;
Organizing OCs folders;
Among others.
However, as an employee, you may NOT:
*Take OCs for yourself;
Answer questions rudely;
**“Organize” OCs in the wrong folders.
*You will have a salary of 3 train tickets per week, however, you will only receive them every Sunday. You don't get a free pass to get OCs for yourself without tickets.
**If you don't know where to put a certain OC, you can ask me and the other employees.
To be an employee you need:
A Discord account;
At least one or two free hours a day to help with the project;
To know how to work as a team and accept opposing opinions;
To know how to use ToyHouse functions (specially how to mass organize OCs);
Have your main account at least 2 months old.

I am quite familiar with how it works. I know how to post in a forum, make one, DM someone directly, transfer characters, sort and make a billboard.
I am not familiar with how to mass sort. But I am willing to learn.

How much time would you have to help with the project per day? Be specific: I would have a lot of time in the day to help with the project. I'd say on average, I have about 8 or more hours of free time in the day!
Can you work well in a team? Explain: Yeah! Although I usually work alone, I'm also cool with working in a cooperative and passionate team of people who also care about the cause! It helps to feel motivation for what you're doing!
Do you know how to use ToyHouse functions? Tell me which ones you know and which ones you don't know: I do! I understand how to sort characters, tag them, list them, manage the character (like bios, images, etc.), transfer and sending characetrs, manage folders and their layouts, comments, understandable codes, library, worlds and tabs! I'd say the one thing I'm not too familiar with is creating or making forums, but with practice makes perfect!

How much time would you have to help with the project per day? Be specific: Every day the time I can spend on the computer varies, with which I am more comfortable to work on Toyhouse, but only because of the codes. So, a day, using the phone, I can spend up to three hours, with the computer, the same three hours, sometimes four, when I don't have to work on it.
Can you work well in a team? Explain: I am a very shy person who doesn't tend to say what I think or ask for help, but to gain collective experience, which is fundamental for the world of work, I am willing to accept working with strangers to gain experience. But other than that, I'm sometimes quite frank.
Do you know how to use ToyHouse functions? Tell me which ones you know and which ones you don't know: So, the functions I know are transfer (accept and send), create folders (parent and underlying), I know how to create tabs (the classic ones), I know how to modify codes (if they are simple and there is an answer online, the more complicated, unfortunately they remain an enigma for me), I know how to reply, delete and edit messages, and change from OOC to IC, I know how to use the various Toyhouse comment boxes (the classic ones, link and image to add). Blurbs are not part of my knowledge.

I just have one small question: are all the reasons for adopting a character accepted, or is there a type of reasons that are not accepted?

About your question, particularly depends. It doesn't matter if the reason for adoption is something simple like "I liked the design and would like to give it a good home", as soon as it isn't something like "I don't know, I like the design and that's it". Honestly, this is something that will be up for discussions!

I don't want to be a thorn in the side, but it would be great if it came out as a topic for discussion. In short, it's not nice at all to see a reason of just a few lines and then find the character thrown away immediately afterwards in another forum :'D

I have some questions before i might apply
1. My account is turning 2 month old on the 5 Dec, can i still apply?
2. How would i go about accepting characters i put in the shelter if i was an employee?
3. I presume the employees would half to log into astxr, am i correct?

1. Small exceptions can be made, with a time difference of maximum 1 week. So yes, you could apply!
2. Sorry, I don't think I understood your question correctly... But we would have an account for the project (which already exists, just needing some adjustments) where all the characters would be stored. Every employee would have access to the password of this account.
3. No! It's not necessary, I will transfer all OCs to the project account once I choose the employees.

Im sorry i forgot to add "if i was an employee" to the end of my second question. By what i meant by the second question how would i go about submitting my character to the shelter, would i be allowed to accept them? Then what if i accept poorly designed characters i made on the whim to farm tickets? Would a different employee have 2 accept it?
