ADOPTABLES TERMS OF SERVICE

• Designs purchased from me OR designs by me purchased from another user can be resold, traded or gifted.

•  Designs can be vouchered for artwork, other characters or physical goods for the same value (includes extra art you or others have purchased). Please be mindful of their value, if unsure, please contact me and I'll try my best to help find their value.

• Designs must be resold for the price you paid OR lower. Additional artwork you purchased on your own can be added to the cost. (i.e purchasing a $50 design off me, commissioning a $20 chibi from another user, bringing their cost up to $70 and reselling for $70 or lower is ok)

• Gifted designs cannot be traded, vouchered or resold unless you have permission from the person who gifted the design to you. Resell is only possible if the person who gifted the design to you had purchased them (i.e you cannot resell a traded design)

•  Do not use my designs to promote hate speech or illegal content. Such things include racism or pornography depicting minors.

• My designs are available for commercial use, however if you do plan to use them commercially it will incur an extra fee. The fee will depend on what you intend to do with them commercially, but it most likely be double their purchase price. If you are purchasing my designs for use commercially, you must let me know beforehand what kind of project you plan to use them for (novels, comics, video games, vtubing, etc). 

 • Edits to designs are OK! I am pretty lax with them. Designs must look atleast 50% like the original design and all major design edits done to my artwork must be approved by me via PM, note or comment on Toyhouse or dA. It's recommended if you create major edits to my designs that you redraw them completely to avoid potential misrepresentation of my work. Hair, eye & minor outfit edits or colour shifts however do not require to be approved by me.

 • Uploading or reposting designs you've received from me to other sites is permitted, however please be wary and be sure to watermark them. 

 •  Closed species adopts must remain as said closed species. The design can be reused for other species with use of MYO slots or customs from other artists, however it must remain as one character/design and be traded/resold together as one to prevent duplicates potentially floating around.

ARTWORK TERMS OF SERVICE

 • Under no circumstances is my artwork to be traced or heavily referenced.

 

• Reposting my artwork is not permitted unless it's artwork you've commissioned from me OR you have permission from me.

• My artwork is not be used commercially unless discussed previously. This means they cannot be used in another sort of work or publication that results in profit such as video games or books. If you are unsure, please contact me.

• Major edits to my artwork is not permitted. If you have commissioned me, you may edit said artwork received from me to be banners or icons for your personal page (Facebook, Tumblr, Toyhouse, Deviantart etc. ) However major edits directly to the artwork are not permitted without permission (i.e painting over the piece or adding massively to the piece). If you are unhappy, please let me know and I will work with you to add these changes!

 • WIPs are usually not sent out however they can be requested. Please let me know beforehand.

 • Once the artwork is completed, refunds are not permitted.

• I have the right to upload, repost and use artwork done for commissions as advertisement or for a portfolio. However, commissioned artwork will not be used for my profit (i.e being sold as prints and merchandise).

• My artwork is not permitted to be sold or associated with NFTs.

• I've seen someone else on another site with your artwork/username. Is that you?

As of now, I am registered on deviantART ( as pkii, inactive ) toyhouse ( as pkii ) furaffinity ( as pkii, inactive ) weasyl ( as pkii, inactive ) and twitter ( as @_pkii)

Any other pkii is most likely not me. Please let me know if you see anyone impersonating me or uploading my artwork and I will deal with it accordingly!

• Can I create a twin/sibling from this design?
Closed species purchased from me are to be kept as single designs, and no siblings, children or any other designs branching from said design can be made UNLESS 1) you purchase another design off me or someone else 2) you purchase a MYO slot off me to create the design.

Non species adopts like kemonomimis or humans are a grey area, you are allowed to create siblings, children or other branching designs. However, designs such as identical twins or minor color shifts to create a twin or sibling must be sold/traded together and be treated as one design to avoid confusion. If you are unsure, please contact me and I will help you out.

•  Can I give this design clothing/ draw them with this body type / draw as this gender ?
Yes! You are free to design clothing for any designs purchased. If said design already comes with clothing, you are also free to design alternative outfits. If reselling or trading a design, please make sure to include the original outfit purchased from me. Any other outfit designs from you are not required to be resold, however the original is.

Alot of my designs are chibi as its quick and easier for me, but also I like it as it gives people a chance to come up with their own interpretation of a body type. You are free to make the design as chubby or tall as you'd like! Go wild.
