I have two resolutions this year:
- Begin development on one of my projects (likely Taxidermy Mansion.)
- Develop my headworld's cast further, make it huge!
- stop selling OCs I actively use

NOW, if you have given me a design and it is in that folder, it is pretty likely to appear in a project of mine! ESPECIALLY if it's in hyperfix.

However, I'd like to gather the TOS of my active ocs to screenshot and agree to. I have a lot already screenshotted + written down, but just to be safe I'd like to do it for all artists I adopt from. This is purely just a paranoia thing as, again I have really bad paranoia issues and if something were to happen to my proof and TOS i'd be really upset!

In order to be able to use an oc in my project, I'd love to collect written consent for:
- Commercial use
- No revoking rules
IF IT IS NOT ALREADY CLEARLY STATED IN ANY TOS LINKED ON YOUR PROFILE/OWNERSHIP/ETC. if I have already asked you in the past or it is written down in your TOS dont worry I have it saved!

Now why do I need commercial use?
Short answer, I'd love for my game to be something I could one day make money off of-- and by "make money" I mostly mean I'd like for it to be able to fund itself if that makes sense? I don't want Somnio to be some big franchise or anything but an indie project, if I were ever to get the project off the ground I'd love to pour more and more into making it amazing. It's a passion project and if I could get it off the ground and make a game, maybe several with stuff to fund it?? That's my ultimate dream.

NOW Somnio's first real non-mini game is probs years in the future, mostly bc of my current health problems. But I'd like to gather everything before I start it so when I'm ready to begin, I can right away!

I gather commercial use of all ocs bc I'm not sure who will and will not be in which project. Even if I never make a commercial project I would still like full ownership over my ocs to ensure I can use them until i croak and I won't have to deal with future drama if someone just like. randomly decides they don't like me and wants to steal my oc they designed ><;;

I can pay extra fees for commercial use but please lmk about them before i adopt! 

What does this entail?
- Permission to use in commercial projects. Such as games, novels, etc!
- Permission to use in my original stories!
- NO REVOKING RULES. I understand why people have them truly but they make me very paranoid ;n; I can't connect with an OC if someone could take it away at any time.
- Credit to you of the design for use in every major project, or wherever you want it and however often you want it

I do not want:
- Ownership over the artwork, only the adopt/design I buy from you! I would never slap your art on a T-Shirt and sell it, I just want to be able to use the design ITSELF in campaigns/games/future "merch" if my game becomes reality which I dream it will..... <33
- free reign for me to do whatever with the design even if immoral. I do not draw NSFW or make content glorifying bad subjects!
- big-time commercial use, as in with a company or somethin'

This is so I can either agree to it OR if you add revoking/anti commercial use terms we can discuss if that effects me. I won't agree to having my commercial rights and such taken away especially if we agreed it'd be okay before/soon after purchase!! but if it'll be a huge problem or you need something else I'd like for it to be discussed!

SO SORRY this is such a long bulletin, I've needed to make this for a bit and am putting on my profile as I gather more ocs this year <3 IK this is probably a really weird thing to post an obsess over and I'm sorry again I'm a paranoid person and I must make sure everyone knows abt my intent of how I am to use them when I buy ocs <:) I don't wanna start a big project and upset people who aren't aware.
