WHAT I CAN DRAW
Here is a list of things I will/might/will not draw. If something that you want is not listed here feel free to ask before filling a commission form.
THINGS I WILL DRAW:
- Feral / Anthro of any kind of animal (real or not).
- Clothing / Armor / Weapons.
- Any sex / Gender / Body built.
- Ship art.
- Replicate certain fandom styles such as MLP / Ginga / Homestuck.
- Eye strain / Bright Colors.
- Blood / Heavy gore / Horror / Suicide / Self harm / Heavy angst. Must be +18.
THINGS I MIGHT DRAW:
- Humanoids (?) mostly for chibis, I hate my humans so dont ask for anything other than chibi like styles for this.
- Nudity and suggestive art (not porn related). Must be +18.
- Religion / Politic / Gender ideology. I may draw this topics as long as they are not the main focus, I will not illustrate propaganda as main subject used to influence or persuade an audience to further an agenda. Example #1, example #2, example #3, example #4. If your religious/military character is fictional then I am fine with drawing propaganda regarding your fictional world for lore purposes, it is just the real ones that I dont want trouble with. On the topic of LGBTQ characters I am fine with drawing any, I just wont be drawing stuff regarding typical pride month themed in heavy quantities. A pin, a scarf, a collar or a flag is fine, generally speaking outfits/designs containing LGBTQ colors are fine, I just dont want to include text or phrases regarding it.
THINGS I WONT DRAW:
- Porn / NSFW (not ready to draw this for cash yet, too shy).
- Drugs, this includes marihuana. I will also not draw things or characters promoting drugs through the use of clothing or symbolism.
- Candy gore.
- Copy other people's art style without permission. You are commissioning for a reason, if you want theirs go support them instead.
- Kinks (vore, baby fur, foot fetish, etc).
- Overly complex / hyper-realistic designs. Designs of this type dont fit my cartoony / anime styles.
- Kinsonas, characters heavily inspired by a copyrighted characters, carrying the same name, outfit, color palette and information. Example: a spiked fur cream colored wolf based on Bakugou from MHA and carrying the same colors, outfit and name. Kinsonas are not allowed on Toyhouse.
- Overly complex futuristic scenarios and prompts, most of my scene/backgrounds are organic themed or medieval, as I am still practicing my backgrounds. I wont be drawing complex cities, pubs, houses, cars, space ships, etc. Its not that I dont like those, I just dont feel confident enough to charge you for something that might look bad on my end.
TERMS OF SERVICE
1.-important
1.1 ]By commissioning me you automatically agree with all this terms of service.
1.2 ]I have the right to refuse a commission in the case that I believe I am not capable of doing it.
1.3 ]I will not do private commissions, all artwork commissioned will be posted to public view.
1.4 ]I retain the rights to repost all commissioned art I have done on my social medias for pure self promotion.
2.-PAYMENT
2.1 ]I take payment in full upfront via my Paypal https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/ziboe
2.2 ]Prices are listed in American dollars.
2.3 ]I don't do payment plan, but I may hold a payment for a couple of days. In case the person runs away with the concept / sketch of the commission I hold the rights to reuse it for my own use.
2.4 ]If you are from México and can do direct transfers, you will get a $5 USD discount. This is so because all my prices already contain the +$5 USDs Paypal fee include and direct Mexican transfers dont require it..
2.5 ]I will not give refunds after the pre sketch for approval has been approved. For issues regarding a personal problem with this we can discuss something out.
2.6 ]Someone else or you may pay for a commission such as a gift or trade.
3.-process
3.1 ]When a commission has been accepted and started you will receive a pre-sketch for approval before lining, you may request edits and fixes as much as you desire in this step.
3.2 ]After a sketch has been approved I will begin lining. I will not do fixes to the lineart once done with the exception that I missed anything from the pre approved sketch. Big changes to the lineart will cost a % based on the clean lineart prices. Sketch commissions are except from this process of pre approval and instead are sent in one go, edits and fixes for missing bits or anatomy mistakes on my fault are still allowed to be fixed off price.
3.3 ]Depending on the art style in use the color palettes may be edited to help compensate shading (for extremely dark characters) or lightning (for extremely bright characters).
3.4 ]Once completed the file will be sent to you. You may request fixes on missing markings in case I forgot any.
4.-USAGE OF MY ART
4.1 ]You can alter/edit all art made by me that you have commissioned. Edits may include recolor, fix art, draw over, crop, hue change, etc.
4.2 ]You will not use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes, aka use my art to sell to gain income with the exception of commissioned linearts for adopt purposes.
4.3 ]Printing my art to use on yourself only for personal use such as turning my work into a personal t-shirt, a banner, a poster, a pillow, a bag, stickers, etc is allowed! As long as you do not mass produce it for selling purposes (as stated before).
4.4 ]You will not erase the watermarks from art pieces done by me(if there is) unless given permission (please ask). Exception to this rule is for printing purposes and / or using as pagedolls (avoid intrusive watermarks)
4.5 ]Reposting of my art outside of Toyhouse is allowed as long as you either credit me by linking back to my Toyhouse or @ me in social medias which I have an account (regardless if i am active or not in them).
5.-designs
5.1 ]You can redesign the designs by me as much as you need that you currently own.
5.2 ]You can gift, trade & resell my designs currently owned by you. When reselling it will only be for the same price originally bought if it doesnt have extra art. If it has extra art, then you may alter the price based on the extra art.
5.3 ]Commercial usage of designs made by me that you currently own is okay only on art that is done by you or commissioned by you from other people, you will not profit from my own art, but you may profit from the design itself using art coming from other people (that allows it) or your own.
5.4 ]You may print the art of my designs made by me for your own personal use such as turning my work into a personal t-shirt, a banner, a poster, a pillow, a bag, stickers, etc. As long as you do not mass produce my own art for selling purposes (as stated before).
blacklist
Under no conditions, no matter how tempting the offer may be, the following users are strict forbidden from buying my designs. If you sell/trade anything to them you will be permanent banned from future adquiring my designs and consequently added to this blacklist. This people have done me wrong in the past and I do not want to give them the benefit of owning my creations. They may or may not be bad people, but this are personal experiences, so please do not attack them.
