I am looking for a custom / alternate redesign of the IC

Notes for what I want:
He's 19 and a 'popular kid'
Normal Human
Similar hair [fluffy mullet with some curl to it] but instead of a green streak maybe a maroon colour
warm brown eyes

Outfit wise I have no real preferences other then leaning more towards male prep
IF the outfit is short sleeved, he should have an octopus tendril inspired tattoo wrapped around his forearm

He's the Boyfriend of my spidersona Pius
His parents are Dr Octavius Eldoris [Doc Ock] & Nathan Eldoris [Future Green Goblin]

In the future / if there's interested I'd also love to get customs of both his dads ^^
