if anyone requires any help, ill do my best but i just want to move on.

Update:
their manapheez account is now closed.
Gill still has plans to ban evade and make new accounts, so please be cautious of any empty/new accounts that follow or interact with you (proof)
they show no remorse for their actions and are just actively trying to start shit at this point, so just block, report and move on.

theres been some discussion of remaking a thread on them in the PSA section, but i unfortunately dont have the time or energy to maintain a thread. if you'd like to create one, please contact me if you require assistance and ill do my best to help.

did i really want to be back with another update on this? um no, not really. 😭
but since the main thread on the forums is locked, i need to update manually here since i think it's important for people to know.

TLDR: Gill is back under a new account purposely evading artist's blacklists and blocks in order to new obtain commissions. Their new account is manapheez (report link incase of username change) Please use your best judgement and think carefully before you decide to do business with them.

if yall are watching gills twt. jesus fucking christ. i really hope all the artists they were pestering can get away from them for good cause my lord in christ theyre toxic and self centered. and i also hope nobody interacts with them. just block and refuse to sell to them. they are not to be trusted. and seriously need help.

I was shocked at the stuff they're posting on twt. I'm a bystander and wasn't affected at all by the situation, but I've been watching it unfold and I genuinely am so concerned? The lack of accountability, the toxicity, the blaming everyone else, and in general the constant barrage of tweets about the situation after they claimed to be taking a step back? I hope they can get offline and get help.

I don't understand the anger they have at people blacklisting them and refusing to work with them. People were in the NEGATIVES; people couldn't afford food or important expenses until Gill could reverse the chargebacks. Working with Gill can be considered a liability if their mother can still access their devices; creating the potential for another situation like this to arise in the future.

It really is for the best for Gill to take some time off the internet, work on themselves, and work on getting into a better situation. The stuff they're tweeting out rn is not helping their case at all. I'm sorry to the people who have been affected by this situation, I wish you the best :(

You're so strong for dealing with all this, it's sad that gill hasn't learned from their initial mistake especially after they got off so lightly :( I really hope they get some help or at least stay off the internet for their own sake at this point christ

I think it’s worth mentioning that some parties involved in helping them resolve the intial chargeback issue have also put out statements

I don't want to repeat the same points that have been stated throughout this comment section, but I'm not surprised that they haven't learned in the slightest.

I have no personal experiences with Sheller but their behavior I witnessed on their PSA was enough to leave a sour taste in my mouth. The refusal to take accountability, constant callout bulletin making, and then their comment of "don't get me arrested over online PNGs" did nothing to improve my opinion on them. If anyone's wondering, the "online PNGs" thing is referring to the work of artists they interacted with... yikes.

It's so disappointing honestly, I had a feeling they wouldn't learn but deep down I wish they had made good on their statement of taking a break/going offline for some time. This may sound harsh but speaking as someone who is bad at finances, their spending addiction will only get worse and it's clear they can't control themself.

this honestly doesnt shock me considering the wording of their post... it never seemed like they were taking accountability, but rather that they were providing excuses/reasons for people to feel bad for/forgive them. very weird behavior, might be best to try reporting them for ban/block evading?

Final edit: Ok their responses got pretty bad. Haha. I'd advise people to simply document the behavior but avoid further public response outside of creating a beware thread. Gil is pretty obviously manic right now, and under the impression they are undefeatable. You will not get any sort of decent response at this point.

Seeing this i genuinely think another psa should be put up, its clear their word cant be trusted anymore, not only are their friends walking away from them but they continue to act this way, artists should steer clear of them. Gill needs to get offline and get therapy for their spending issues, imo people have a right not to trust them with behavior like this. They claim they wont do this anymore but after this im questioning that, especially when they claim they have a rotating IP address, this is disappointing to say the least and infuriating to say the worst. Always felt weird about their apologies after the previous situation, but i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they felt bad about it, but the fact they jumped right back into this after saying they would leave and get help, tells me enough.

the thing is i think everyone wants to be free from Gill's bs and leave them alone, but at the same time artists need to protect themselves from their dishonesty so of course we need to keep an eye out :") they're really something

Basically! Second time I've witnessed them go out of their way to interact with people that don't want anything to do with them, and then get upset at the repercussions... I feel bad because the lashing out is typical addict behavior, but hey, just because it's typical behavior doesn't excuse it.

Yeah it's bad. 🥲 they sent some emails from 2020/21 showing the purchases and then talked very manically about the situation that seemed to lead to the artist blacklisting them as if it excused them breaking that boundary.

This is crazy, i get they have a spending issue but at some point they need to take responsibility for what they've done (and are currently doing) and seems like that's not going to happen...I was initially shocked but i cant say I'm too surprised based on the way they handled the previous situation, I just hope no one else falls victim to them, going around artists blocklists is wildly disrespectful. This beyond shitty, spending issue or not.

yeah this really isn't surprising unfortunately... I saw them by chance in the comments of multiple comm/oc sale posts trying to buy things. it baffled me at the time bc where did this new money come from considering they posted during the whole ordeal they were thousands in debt outside of the chargebacks... the fact they're going around block evading people who have had them blacklisted is so scummy tho omfg

can i just say the DAY they finished the refunds they contacted my friend about an adopt trade and i saw them trying to buy a comm just a few days later. the claims of "taking a break" were for show and i truly dont think they feel any guilt/responsibility over what happened ' _ ';

i do have some other evidence of them purchasing comms and stuff during their "taking a break period" aswell. i feel so silly believing them and wishing them the best on their break, but their true colours really have shown now 🧍‍♀️ i give up
