Hello everyone!

Here is the Rules and Regulations list that all members or owners of Phish-Keeper will need to follow. Make sure you read through all the rules carefully! By reading these terms of use, you are agreeing to follow the set rules that apply to this World and to this species.

General rules:

• All new members are Auto Accepted into the World, however we will remove any characters we feel are inappropriate without warning.
• Although Phish-Keepers are a primarily Feral species, Anthro art can be made in response to monthly Prompts or Art challenges, or as an AU version of the original character. Plushies, Fursuits and Costumes are also valid and readily accepted! 
• No NSFW on public view! Phish-Keepers do not feature any outwardly shown genitalia, and do not reproduce sexually so there should be no NSFW or Sexually explicit artwork on display in their galleries without filters. This is an all ages friendly World, so please be responsible with how you display any non-SFW works. (NSFW must be hidden or marked as such)
• DO NOT apply your own rules to characters within this species. Any Phish-Keeper must abide with the Phish-Keeper standard rules, meaning any individually added rules - such as re-sell rules or account based TOS - will NOT apply to designs within this species and will be null and void.
• It is FORBIDDEN to restrict the sale-ability of a character once it is sold. If you choose to sell your P-K, it no longer belongs to you, and is able to be resold for its bought price or Art related price regardless of personal TOS.
• It is FORBIDDEN to revoke a design you have sold or traded without adequate proof that it is either stolen or breaking Phish-Keeper rules. Please DM the World or an Admin if you have any problems that fit into this category. Anyone who does this will be Blacklisted from World and their characters will be avoided from the MasterList.

Buying, Selling & Trading:

• You can own as many Phish-Keepers: as you want, there is no limit on how many one person can own. 
• Co-owns are currently Not Advised for this species, though you may Co-own with someone you trust if you want. Any disputes with ownership are strictly the fault of the Co-owners, and will not be sorted out by the World or Admins unless proof can be provided of Theft, Foul play or Breach of Species Rules.
• If you plan to resell your Phish-Keeper, please price them fairly! They are worth the amount you paid for them unless they come with extra art/story pieces (self made Art/writings/physical items are also included in extra art).
• Each bought or traded character MUST to be owned for at least 1 month before it can be re-sold or re-traded, we would encourage people to engage with and test out their character before planning on re-selling, trading or swapping.
• Phish-Keeper designs may be Repurposed or Edited if you do not want to sell, trade or give them away. However, any non-species changes will render the character Void from world activities and they will lose their official Phish-Keeper status & items. Previous Phish-Keeper design may be kept in an extra tab, and be reinstated on request by ADMINS ONLY, though the alternate design CAN NOT be kept/active at the same time. If you do plan to re-design a Phish-Keeper into a non Species design, in any way, please notify one of the Admins so they can be removed from the World.

MYO's & Customs:

• All World members are entitled to 1 free MYO slot each, subject to active MYO events! This means that whenever a new MYO event is active, every person who has not had an free MYO before is entitled to one, though this is subject to individual MYO event rules. If stated otherwise, people who have already had a slot may claim again.
• All MYO’s must be submitted to one of the Admins listed on the World profile page for approval before being submitted to the World. MYO’s must follow the rules set by the Event, which will be subject to change and should be read through carefully before you start designing. General rules for MYO’s can be found at the bottom of this TOS bulletin.
• Admin feedback will be given if we feel that your MYO does not meet all the requirements necessary to be approved. Please heed to feedback given, and edit your design to fit in with it to get them approved. Once approval has been given, they will officially belong as part of the Phish-Keeper species!
• MYO slots obtained in MYO events cannot be sold or traded, and must be used by the person who obtained them within the events time frame. However, purchased slots can be sold/traded for their original price if proof is provided. 
• Customs will be open soon, and new rules will follow once they become available.

Warnings:

• Any member of the World or owner of a Phish-Keeper will receive a 1 week caution for bad behaviour if they are found to be violating any rules. Violations include Scamming, Harassment/Bullying of other members, Disrupting events, Copying designs, Selling fake characters, Failing to pay for Auctions/Adopts and more.
• 2 cautions in a row will result in a 1 month suspension. This will bar you from any Adoptables, DTA’s, MYO event or any other World events for the duration of that ban, however you will still be able to draw your character. If good behaviour is observed during that time period, your ban will be lifted and full access will be granted to you.
• Continuous bad behaviour, or multiple violations of the Rules in rapid succession will result in a Permanent Ban from the Phish-Keeper species and World activities. Characters you own will be set as Voided on a BlackList and will not be usable by anyone even if you try to sell them. The Phish-Keeper and User who are banned will both be up on a permanent BlackList, on public display to World members and visitors.
• Ban evasion will be noted on the BlackList, and continuous bad behaviour after being banned will be recorded and warned against to World members.

MYO rules:

Standard / Special MYO rules apply for all MYO events!

Standard MYO slots / Standard Customs are £10!
- all common/uncommon traits applicable
- 1 unique trait
- any fish / shark / eel / crustacean allowed

Special MYO slots / Special Customs are £15!
- all common/uncommon traits applicable
- 2 unique traits
- all above animals + dolphins / whales / belugas-manatees / sea slugs / mantarays-stingrays / sea snakes / crocodilians

Ultra MYO slots / Ultra Customs are £20!
- all common/uncommon traits applicable
- 3-4 unique traits
- all above animals + snails / frogs / newts / prehistoric creatures / marine mammals (otters / beavers / penguins / seals-sea lions / walrus)

Limited Customs are £35!
- all common/uncommon traits applicable
- 5+ unique traits
- Fantasy creatures (water dragons, mythical, folklore), AU creatures (Pokemon, Fan-creatures, Prehistoric etc)

OCTOPI, CUTTLEFISH, JELLYFISH AND SQUID ARE CURRENTLY NOT IN USE, PLEASE DON’T USE THESE TO MAKE YOUR PHISH-KEEPER!
