Some updates! (And good news!)

Hello! These days I've been doing some odd jobs to pay off the rent so my communication was really lacking, I apologize for that :--:. I finished another round of commissions and I'm still needing to finish about... A lot- but eventually I'll be finished with them all. 

But good news!! I GOT MY STRIPE BACK! 

I will be able to resolve more disputes better instead of just waiting and not knowing what's happening. 

Mentally I haven't been much better lately, I don't know if it has gotten worse?.. But I'm having a hard time meeting deadlines and just doing ANYTHING, it's like something is gluing me to a spot and not letting me move about. I guess the stress is starting to make me have symptoms.

Sometimes stress builds up, and it takes longer to loosen and get your motivation back. I've gone weeks without doing anything, but when working it helps to take a long tea break, go for a walk, or take the rest of the day off. The pomodoro timing technique could be something to consider, mixed with taking an hour off to do something else, be it a nap or reading a book. 

congratulations! stripes returning is definitely one load off the shoulders at the very least, and i hope it'll alleviate the stress even if only a little

i used to also have an issue with mental fatigue and motivation for responsibilities; my method was to set miniature milestones & goals for myself so that i could reward myself whenever i reached them. rewards like going out to eat or sitting down to watch an episode of my favorite tv shows (minor things in all honesty)

definitely wont work for everyone and i dont know if it will for you, but knowing that theres smth to look forward to around the corner is what keeps me going -- otherwise i will feel like im working for nothing

I should try that, that sounds very helpful! Im so used to working back to back that I keep forgetting to take breaks and reward myself with something 😭

I recommend listening to ambient sounds or reading before you sleep helps, the silence is deafening it keeps you up when those thoughts flood your mind. It really makes you spiral into a dark place, always know you can reach out. It’s not something you just have to quietly accept how things are wether that’s to a friend, someone here, your neighbors, or professional help. Sending good vibes and I hope the storm calms for you soon

try setting ur phone to low battery mode if u have an ios, yeah i usually keep my phone plugged in or make sure its charged before i sleep, no problem <3 best wishes

It’s stressful when things pile up and it makes it hard to get through everything, things are slowly looking up for you! It’s not perfect by any means but one thing at a time. Mental health can shackle us down for sure, I hope you’ll have breathing room soon
