From sketch to color and render a few days. I have humanoid bases I can use that will make it faster though. On base a few hours.

Depends on if its a chibi or not, usually chibis i take about minimum 4 days max a week, if its normal art full-body minimum 6 days to about 2 weeks

Designs examples:  X  x  X  x  The latter 2 aren't adopts, as I don't make adopts often (due to getting attached on original creations XD) but good examples of designs I made. The very last one on a base as an example of that. 

How long it takes you to finish a design?: Unless a really bad case of art block or health issues hits, it usually takes me at most a week or two to finish a fullbody character.  Less if bases are allowed.
