- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- Revisions / More than 2 edits may incur a fee of $10 per each small edit after that, $40 per large change.
- Refunds will not be offered beyond the agreed upon sketch stage for rendered work. A refund will be offered in cases where the art couldn't be completed or hasn't been started within 30days of comm date.
- I maintain the rights to publish and display commissioned art for advertisement purposes, examples, and website use. I cannot merchandise commission work without the client's permission.
- I give the commissioner full rights to post their received work wherever they please (as long as they credit me and link back).
- Clients have the right to use their finished product for non-commercial purposes.
- Commercial use (for profit), requires my written permission, a possible contract, and include a fee (Triple the price).
- I accept payment through PayPal, Ko-fi, GooglePay, and ca$hApp.
- My Artwork is expressly forbidden to be used in blockchain-related technologies, such as NFTs, AI learning, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. - Style Mimics are not 100% accurate, and others are mostly limited to fandoms I have experience with.
- I will not be accepting manga/comic commissions, due to having several of my own keeping my hands full.
- Turn-around time: Options on the left side range from 1-3 weeks, while the right range from 3 weeks-2months (Longer if there are more than 2 characters or if it's a reference sheet). Warning/ A Rush turn-around will incur a large fee.
