By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to abide by these rules.

RIGHTS & USAGE OF MY ARTWORK

Purchasing art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your single digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit, including but not limited to: NFT minting, selling copies (digital or printed) or using the artwork in advertisements. Commercial rights may be negotiated in relation to: Artwork used as STREAMING (headers, notifs, emotes, stingers, in-between screens) & NETWORKING (website graphics) assets ONLY. An adoptable sold with art by me may only be charged for the commission price of the piece IF this price was already included in the adopt's sale prior to you receiving it, or purchased directly for the adopt by you.

THE COMMISSION PROCESS

Each commission sale post is subject to individual stipulations additional to this page, so please be aware when committing to a purchase. Payment for commissions is accepted in full up front. I will not negotiate for half payment or payment after work is done. A work-in-progress shot will always be shown for the sketch stage, and any optional WIP stages (lines & flat colors) may be requested by the buyer. All requested changes must be made within their specific stage. Edits requested after confirmation of each stage (sketch, lines, and flat colors) will incur a fee depending on the level of work required for the edit. These fees will be specified per commission opening. Edits required due to information missed or misinterpreted by me will not incur an extra cost. A full refund will only be supplied if no work has been done. Partial refunds are available for work that has not been completed, but has had at least a stage of progress finished. No refund will be provided for fully finished work. Time limits may be negotiated, but any order within a 2-3 week turnaround will require a rush fee. Work normally takes 1-3 months depending on how many orders are taken. Please try to order in advance of an event (holiday/birthday) because I will not do rush-orders for less than 2 weeks.
