TERMS OF SERVICE

TERMS FOR ART:

• The artwork I have made is not for commercial use. 
• It may not be edited, traced, altered, or claimed to have been made by anyone other than me. 
• You may upload it to social media only if I am credited. 
• I may use my art to promote myself in any place or site.
• After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be requested, such as minor colour or marking corrections. To make more complicated changes, I will require an additional fee, the price of which will vary depending on the difficulty of the change. If a provided reference was unclear to start with, then all changes, including minor ones, will require a fee.

TERMS FOR CHARACTERS:

• The characters I have made are for personal use, but if you want commercial use, you can message me to discuss.
• You can make design adjustments, but the character may not be claimed to have been made by anyone other than me.
•  You may upload it to social media only if I am credited. 
• I may use my design to promote myself in any place or site.
• You may sell and/or trade any character I have created for you, as it is now your property. 

GENERAL TERMS:

• Work will be completed in the order it was purchased unless I determine otherwise.
• Please allow one to two weeks before inquiring about progress.
• Length of time until completion will vary depending on many factors such as health, the number of commissions ahead of you, complexity of the commission, family issues, and other such things. If any problems occur, I will notify you as soon as I am able.

By purchasing art or designs from me, you also agree to the following:

1. You understand that by making a purchase, you are agreeing to the full Terms Of Service, and have read and understood its contents.
2. Payment is to be provided upfront and in full. Payment plans may be optional and open for discussion. 
3. I have the right to cancel a commission before it is completed at any time and refund the payment.
4. If payment has not been sent, you have the right to cancel a commission. 
5. You cannot cancel a commission or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment has already been received by me.
6. I am not responsible for lost or damaged files; please back up any files you may receive as there is no guarantee or obligation of being able to provide replacements. Refunds will not be given for lost or damaged files.
