After months of stress, last minute plans, and a lot of moving
I can finally say I now have a place to call home.
HERE'S MY FUTURE APARTMENT YO!
Trust me, I AM excited but right now, I'm still rather freaking out about the entire thing. Not just because I've never owned my own place in my entire life, but I have to say goodbye to this house as well. It must be burned down due to it's age, but we've made so many memories here. All our Christmases, so many summer get togethers and such, it's truly not going to be the same without it.
But I know my grandmom would want us to be safe and happy, and so I shall be.
I'm still gonna keep my sales up and possibly add a few more, because I want to cushion myself as much as I can.
But I want to thank everyone who has supported me over the summer from the bottom of my heart. This has honestly been one of the hardest summers I ever had in my entire life, but such amazing friends who offered their kind support and help gave me the strength I needed.
Love you all, let's hope fall gives a wonderful beginning.
It's hard to move forward, sometimes, especially since you owned the home for so long. Despite that, I'm glad you're able to move on! Your new apartment looks lovely, too!

I just wish we coulda kept it in the family but I get that it's just too old to keep up. But we do have plenty of pictures from all the years we've spent here so I'm thankful for that!

All I can say about having to burn down the place is....treasure it as much as you can. It may not be around physically, but it'll always be around in your heart.
That's the only way my mom could deal with burning down her moms house YEARS after her mom had passed. The place was unsafe, molding, and a hazard to our health, even if we weren't living there (we live next door to where it was and always have)
