This T.O.S. is valid to characters I have made that are credited to me and not credited to me. (Names I am credited under may be ESPEON @ DeviantArt or LOSTNEVADA @ YouTube)
If you own a character I've made that is unverified, you are free to send a creator request.
Important:
- This is valid only to characters I have created.
- Once received, you can trade, sell, gift, etc. my characters.
- My only rule is that characters are not allowed to be used in commercial media. If you would like this, please discuss this with be beforehand.
General Rules:
- My general art, unless otherwise explicitly stated, falls under the Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International
- Commissioned work that you (the buyer) have purchased falls under the Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International
- You are free to edit the species, gender, markings, backstory, etc.
- You are free to edit the actual art with the design.
- While you're free to change my designs as much as you want, you can not remove me as a designer/ creator.
- Do not split my designs.
- You are free to adapt my design onto CS (Closed Species) but my rules will still apply, and you can not split the designs.
- I do not handle trade/ sale disputes between people.

What do you use to draw?
I use Clip Studio Paint EX and a Gaomon PD1161. The brushes I use (mainly) are the Artemus, G-Pen, and Reuleuax Triangle.
Are commissions/trades open?
Commissions are on a case by case basis right now. Most likely, I will not take your commissions. I do not do trades with non-mutuals.

Do you do pings?
At this time, I do not do pings.
Can I take inspiration from your characters?
The short answer: yes, I'm perfectly fine with people taking inspiration from my characters. In most scenarios, you can take inspiration and you won't even have to ask because I won't even be able to tell. Taking heavy inspiration from my characters can make me uncomfortable, though, depending on which character and what aspects you take- Mainly their designs. There are nuances to this discussion, so if you're ever unsure you can always PM me for approval.
» Please note this doesn't apply to designs I've made and have sold or auctioned off. I'm only comfortable with people taking inspiration from characters I own myself. Do not reference art or designs of commissioned / sold work. Thank you.
