The following Terms of Service (T.O.S.) go for all species housed in this group! Anything specific to only one species though I will make clear is for that species in it's bullet. 

Please keep all the following in mind anytime you are adopting one of the species being sold as adopts or creating one yourself as a MYO (Make Your Own). 

Depending on the severity of the rule breaking someone may do you'll either be given a warning (up to 3 before you're permabanned) or immediately permabanned from the group and any species involved. Of course we don't want to do that though, so let's all play nice and follow the rules, yes?  

Adopts T.O.S.

The following are the rules related to buying an adopt of any of the species housed here, whether they be from Prisma, one of the mods, or a guest artist.

  All sales are final and cannot be refunded. Anyone caught doing a chargeback will be permabanned on the spot.

  Unless otherwise stated by the adopt artist, reselling/gifting/trading is allowed but do not sell them for more then you paid for, unless there is extra art involved. When handing the adopt over to someone else please make sure to alert us of it's new owner by commenting on the Masterlist Journal!

  Recolors and some edits are allowable, but do not change the adopt so much that it's no longer recognizable as it's original design. Also, all edits that are more then just changing clothing or hair styles must be sent for approval via group note or on the group discord approval channels.

--   In regards to Florallings, flower type can never be changed, but the color of the flower can be if approved via the above method.

--   In regards to lavalams, tanks cannot be 'broken' without paying for a rare trait addon (which you can buy here) to do so and you will have to submit for approval with additional info on why it's broken and not going to be fixed by the lavalam's owner. Tank fluid colors can be changed pending approval by above methods. The same goes for adding or moving the tanks to an amount or place that would make it a higher rarity tier then it is.

  The first time you draw art of your adopt, be sure to credit the adopt artist that they designed it and link back to this group/credit Prismakry for the species! After that though any future deviations won't need these, although it is always encouraged to at least link the group so people who may be interested in the species know where to go! 

  Reposting on other sites is fine, just make sure to credit the adopt artist as well as the species owner (Prismativity on DA/Prismakry on Toyhouse) when you do so!

  Never claim the design as your own, specially the original art for it! 

MYO T.O.S.

The following are the rules involved with creating/editing a MYO you have a slot for. Please be sure to read them fully if you are working on one.

  All designs must be submitted for approval via note to the group or on the group discord server in the respective MYO approval channels there. You cannot post your MYO publicly until it has been approven!

  Do not steal/trace/copy other people's designs, being caught doing so is a severe offense and results in a permaban.

  Designing your MYO based off characters in popular media is not allowed. Being inspired is one thing, but making a char completely based off the char from media is not allowed. If you are not sure if your design is too much like the char you're inspired by, feel free to send WIPs to us anytime and we'll be happy to help!

  If your MYO is for a floralling be sure to check the Floralling Masterlist found here to make sure the flower you want to use is available! There can only be 5 of any type of flower (including any colors of them) at this time.

  You are welcome to have someone else design your MYO for you. 

  MYO slots can be made on f2u/p2u bases, but you must credit the base user when posting the design! Anyone caught using bases but not crediting them will be giving a strict warning and possibly permabanned if they do not correct the deviation with the proper credit.

  All MYO slot sales are final, no refunds are allowed. Anyone caught doing chargebacks on a MYO slot will result in a permaban.

  Selling your MYO slot is only allowed if it was a bought slot. Any slots received via raffles or events cannot be sold but are allowed to be traded or gifted. You can only sell your slot for as much as you paid for it. When handing the slot over to someone else please make sure to alert us of it's new owner by commenting on the Masterlist Journal! The same goes for completed  MYO designs.

  When it comes to editing your MYO design later on, edits are allowed but do not change the design so much that it no longer is recognizable as the original design.

Making your CS char a non-CS Char

If you ever decide to leave this group/community with any of the species you have characters for, no matter the reason for leaving, and want to keep your character you are welcome to change the species to a non-CS char if you so chose. 

I know that nothing is truly 'unique' and that trying to lay claim on any set of traits as yours and yours alone is kinda egotistical and I'm not that type of person, so in all honestly if you want to make your CS char a non-CS char and just not associate them with the CS anymore go for it. I won't come after you, promise. 

That said, I would prefer if you did make some changes to the char to make it a little less like the original species it was with us, if only to give them a fresh start and distance them some from the group they were originally a part of, but if you choose to keep everything the same and just not call them a floralling/lavalam/etc that's totally fine by me.
