felt like reposting my TOS in bulletins. since i worry ppl dont realize i have them. ;;

theyre in the TOS part of ownership. but here:

please refrain from selling the character for more than what you paid for if you havent made or bought extra content of the character. and no making a headshot sketch does not mean you can sell it for 200$ more. dont be weird. 
if you got an oc/custom trade oc from me without making or buying extra content you cannot sell the design. i will make exceptions if you give me a reason why.
you can edit the design or the artwork however you want. its your character. aslong as you acknowledge the art was edited. i would rec putting credits in my alt however.
you have permission to use my design in a cs. just screenshot this part of the tos if they need designer permission. please note you cannot turn my designs into its OWN species.
do not put my art or use my designs for ai. theres alot of ethical issues regarding the use of ai and i do not want my work used as a feeding ground for ai.
please do not do rly uncomfy shit w my designs like whitewashing, using my designs for problematic content.

refusal to follow these rules and you will no longer be able to get any designs from me ! and will be blocked <3

anyone who is blocked by me is blacklisted by default.
you wont get blacklisted for trading to a blacklisted user [unintentionally] unless you do so repeatedly.
