any design made by me. if traded. must include all versions of it. INCLUDING CS + AU VERSIONS. ill be more lax if the redesign looks rly different from the original. but new owners must still be completely aware of this. do not separate the designs and trade it without this warning. you must include a small note on the profile of the original and inspired design. this is to prevent future issues with any new owners.

this is a notice that miles/phazed/phaze/bigman whatever has been sneaking around under a new toyhouse. he was able to go unnoticed for several months and has been seen in spaces with minors. this is a problem. 

he has hurt me, my friends, and plenty of other people i know. and he should especially not be kept around people who he can fuck over once again.

Hello. this was a long overdue document on a user who has done alot of highly questionable things. This has been talked about publicly before but since nobody has made a proper psa on their actions. i went ahead and did it myself.
this was made for Elfen as he is the main victim.

their known for aggressively defending fujoshis and proshippers, redesigned a character into a racist depiction of chinese and japanese people, disrespectfully sexualizing gay men, talking over marginalized groups theyre not a part of, harassing people thru throwaway accounts, ect

payment must be upfront. i dont do holds anymore due to an abundance of people trying to get holds only to never pay for it.
the time i finish a piece can range from 5 days to 1. i do not rush my pieces. this is just how my art process is like. if i have a backlog or something happens that makes me take longer ill let you know when im working on your piece.

after i finish the sketch i will send it to you for approval. then the lineart, coloring, and final piece. may skip the lineart as sometimes i just dont do lines lol.

+ asking for changes is fine just please dont make it excessive. please leave most of the edits to the sketch wip unless i draw or color something incorrectly.

please none of the following

•      nudity/nsfw. suggestive is ok but im picky about it so be warned. [in other words. if its a woman and she has boobs sure]
•      couple art/multiples. may only do 1 character for now
•      backgrounds. abstract bgs and props are ok.
•      fetish art 
•      characters that are mostly just a description. please im a visual person i will miss things if you dont put a visual. ;;

REFUND CLAUSE:

refunds are acceptable if its an emergency. you will be sent the % i havent done if i have made any progress on the work. for example: if i have done a sketch of a 45$ chibi. you will be sent 30$. 

and just like my adopts. you will be sent a invoice. please make sure not to put your address on it or it will get put on hold. if it does please accept the receipt after 48 hours of buying or i will still not recieve the money. this is an annoying thing to do but this is what paypal does. ;;

can people like? stop using HQ/MQ/LQ esp when asking for stuff?? idk what made people think this was a good idea but yall realize what is considered "high quality" is highly subjective? not to mention the meaning for HQ seems to be different for every person. when you are offering me an oc. and advertise it as HQ im gonna be pestered. dont do that.
it comes off as scummy esp when ive seen people offer and get told their art is LQ/MQ or isnt HQ enough. which makes me sad.
it also seems like for some HQ means pop artist/designer? that is also very scummy to me. [and misleading?? just say pop] you are insinuating that only pop artists can make good work and not well known artists are undesirable and cant make just as good designs.
