If you are purchasing an adopt or artwork from me or receiving a character I have created, please take the time to read my TOS below.

• My artwork & adopts are NEVER to be used for NFTs. 

• I have have the right to decline and / or cancel a commission for any reason, with or without explanation. If I cancel a commission, you will be refunded. 

• Do NOT take inspiration from or copy my characters / adopts / artwork in any way! Colourpicking is fine, just don't use an entire colour palette and make a similar design with it (like taking the palette + markings + species). I do not own colours, no one does! 

• If you're interested in an adopt or custom, let me know through DM or comment on the character(s) you're interested in. I will reply asap! 

• I generally only accept money (USD) for adoptables. I only accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp (Cashapp preferred). In some cases I will also accept DA points, character trades (most likely) and / or artwork as part of payment, but I usually only take these as add-ons. Feel free to show me what you have to offer however!

• Characters / designs I create may NOT be used in material that portrays racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, abelist, pedophilic, zoophilic or otherwise bigoted or problematic imagery / text. I do not want to be associated with these things. 

• Designs / artwork purchased from or made by me are NOT to be used commercially unless discussed with me beforehand. You cannot use designs / artwork I have created for profit / to produce merchandise without my express permission. You may ask about purchasing full rights to artwork / designs I create at any time.

 • DO NOT EDIT MY ARTWORK WITHOUT PERMISSION. If you wish to make minimal changes to the design you have received from me, don't edit the artwork without my permission. Please make new artwork reflecting the changes or ask me about making changes for you if possible. I don't mind making changes for you if I still happen to have the file! If you would prefer to edit the art yourself, PLEASE ASK ME FIRST and do NOT delete the original artwork, please keep it visible for future buyers. Keep me credited for the design even if you've edited the artwork. 

•  Please do NOT hide or delete the characters or artwork I have given you - it makes it harder for me to keep track of designs / characters I have made. Please send me a key or authorize me if you need to hide them. 

•  Leave credit / signatures on the artwork and credit the base maker if applicable. Credit me when reposting artwork or adopts made by me by adding "art / design by MaryMaggotFace" in your post. 

•  Do not resell the adopt for more than you paid unless it comes with additional purchased artwork / items. Do NOT sell free / gifted characters, even if they have additional artwork. ALWAYS get permission from me before selling / trading / vouchering / gifting my adopts. If you sell / trade / voucher / gift the adopt, please let me know who you plan to give it to. There are people on my personal blacklist that I do not want having my characters / designs, so obtaining permission prevents this from happening. If you happen to not like the adopt, feel free to send them back to me or ask if I would like to purchase them before selling or giving them away to someone else. Odds are, I may want to purchase it!

• I do not offer refunds on finished work. If there are any issues in terms of colouring or line work (mistakes on my part) I will gladly fix them, but if you've received an unwatermarked image and you want a full refund afterwards you will not be receiving any compensation. You're free to sell the character if you no longer like it (if you purchased it). 

• Backing out of sales is fine as long as you notify me that your are backing out! Please do not ghost me. Deleting your bids / offers is kind of annoying and wastes my time so please try not to offer only to back out. Deleting bids / offers will not result in a block or blacklist but I would prefer if you didn't do this!

 • I reserve the right to use any of my own personal artwork and adopts for things such as advertising. I have the right to upload the artwork / adopts on any / all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Instagram, FurAffiity, etc).

If you violate my TOS in any way and you do not take the steps to resolve the issue(s) with me in a timely manner, I reserve the right to block and blacklist you and you will no longer be able to obtain artwork or adopts from me in the future. 

Please ensure that you have read all of these rules, if you have not, I am not responsible if you break my TOS.
