The first surgery they did went well, I'll be here for about a week on IV antibiotics for the skin infection and then they hope to do a colonoscopy to get a look at my ileum and then be able to do the loop ileostomy that the colorectal surgeon has been planning to do for so long but kept pushing back for so dang long.
