ADOPTABLE DESIGNS (sold)

Rules regarding designs created by me that you purchased using USD or virtual currency. Also includes characters traded for with art, another character design, or other items:

• You may resell or trade the character however you'd like.
• Please credit my toyhou.se account for the design. If it's uploaded on toyhou.se, please do so directly rather than linking my account.
• Do not turn any characters with original anatomy into a closed species without discussing it with me first. Open species are okay.
• You may revamp any design created by me as much as you’d like, including but not limited to switching species, markings, and colors.
• Feel free to shoot me a message any time if you get art or create development for any designs I make, I love to see it :3c <3 <3

Rules regarding designs created by me that you received for free, including naming contests, gifts, free custom designs, and any other transfer where I did not receive something in return:

• You may not resell the character for any real or virtual currencies. You may trade the character for another character design or for artwork. In other words: as long as no currency is changing hands for a design I've made for free, I'm okay with it.
• Please credit my toyhou.se account for the design. If it's uploaded on toyhou.se, please do so directly rather than linking my account.
• Do not turn any characters with original anatomy into a closed or open species without discussing it with me first.
• You may revamp any design created by me as much as you’d like, including but not limited to switching species, markings, and colors.

Rules regarding using P2U (pay to use) bases and lineart created by me:

• You may create adoptables to sell on any base I make, if you would like.
• You can edit the base in any way you see fit.
• You may NOT redistribute or resell the linework or base.
• Please credit my toyhou.se account!
• Please do not use my bases to spread bigoted or hateful imagery. If you do not comply to a request to take down a piece using my base, you may be blacklisted from using my artwork altogether.
