i thought that this was really funny because "HAHA funny cum joke"
what i'm trying to say is that the rain falling on sonic's face looks like cum and that it's funny but only funny to me because cum jokes are overused

here's some concept art of sonic with an early design of vector the crocodile
vector started out being visibly buff but then he just became shorter and pudgy
there's nothing wrong with that, i just think the sonic series would have been weirder if vector was still buff
