you can offer on literally anyone! characters tagged as 'nfo' will be more tentative, but at this point i'd still be willing to consider offers on some of them! anyone without the tag is totally fair game and probably easier to get though!

i will look at mixed offers if you can't do just points / don't have a lot, but i'm only looking at offers that at least contain some amount of points (like, 10 at least? idk doesn't have to be a lot, any little bit helps!) right now!
