I've done a decent amount of digging and found plenty of evidence that Jasper (the pan flag creator) does support bi-pan lesbians ;;; Its probably called the exclusionist flag because it does exclude bi-pan lesbians.

Yeah i genuinely have no idea whats going on, tbh i've in general just been avoiding both flags and using my own so that way i avoid backlash entirely
