I can see from Athena's profile that you have WYSIWYG on, or edited the profile with it so please turn it off next time to avoid these issues.
If you don't want to restart, you can fix this by adding width:50% next to the background:#a1cac6 like so: <div class="progress mb-3 rounded-0" style="height:4px;"><div class="progress-bar" style="background:#a1cac6; width:50%"><br></div>
Of course, you can change the width with any number you like. Hope this helps!
