yes, it is hexcode! you would need to change the #b2494a and #ae3336 to another one :] you should be able to use ctrl/cmmd+f in the code editor to change all the accents!
the bootstrap version is only for your site theme so if you want to add in your own colours, it is the custom coloured code you would use for that!!
