Based on what I see of the little info tab thing at the top right looks like the minimum offer is $50? I would offer art too if I didn't already have a waitlist on commissions. But That's my offer if no one else is interested in like a day.
Oh also forgot to ask if there are any other rules on the usage of the character? As I might make her somewhat linked to my vtuber avatar's lore/background. Also would you be able to notify the author/previous about the change of ownership as I don't have a profile on VK thing. Though if absolutely needed I could try to make one but I wouldn't use it much other than for that.
Your offer is okay! And no other rules, only to notify the author about the change of ownership. I can notify him by myself, and also give him a TH profile, so he can check the current owner himself (and if you someday will sell her, then maybe you should try to make VK and notify him too)
Yeah if I do sell her I'll make one to notify him. But I normally don't sell/resell characters and hold on to them forever. I've already got some ideas for some story concepts for her.
