Of course, there are DTAs (Draw to adopt), but I have always seen people who put in the rules that they had to draw the adoptable shown, and who best depicted the character, won it. Now, knowing that certain people go further, nn surprises me at all, because on the one hand I expected it, people do everything to receive without giving.
