Oof, absolutely gross behaviour and I definitely doubt they're older than maybe 16 because that's incredibly immature. As for IP blocks, I thought that was an option you could choose when blocking someone? I could be wrong as I haven't blocked anyone in a really long time but I will absolutely be blacklisting this person and avoiding them for sure! You've never been anything but kind to me whenever we've talked so it baffles me that anyone would consider you rude at all?? Thanks for the information though!
Soahappytoseeyou! *hugs* When blocking them, I didn't see it as one of the options so I was confused on that as well. I never block people because I prefer to handle things face to face and not hide but I didn't want them to harass me from other accounts.
BTW, I was meaning to contact you about a few characters I would liek to rehome but don't want to just toss in the freebie bin.

There's just so much going on in my life that I haven't really been talking to many people at all and haven't been on TH nearly as much. I'll try and check the blocking thing but I think it pops up like down at the bottom of the blocking section? I could be wrong though lol.
And as for those characters, I ADORE them and could definitely use them! Especially the 2nd one, definitely one of my fave colour schemes and I love monster like designs! Thank you for always being so sweet to me!
