you can actually delete the entire design notes part (starting at <div class="col-lg-6 p-2" style="max-height:370px; overflow:auto">)! After that, change the content column to <div class="col-lg-12 p-2"> instead of col-lg-6 (to make it fill the entire space!)
so it should leave you with this (DON'T DELETE ANYTHING INSIDE THE CONTENT section, IT'S JUST HIDDEN FOR SPACING SAKE LOL)
