hi there!  sorry for the late response ^-^'.  to reverse the positions of the columns, change <div class="col-md-4 pl-md-2 order-md-2"> of the right column to <div class="col-md-4 pr-md-2">.  then, change <div class="col-md-8 pr-md-2"> of the left column to <div class="col-md-8 pl-md-2">.  please remember to turn off WYSIWYG as well :)
