Why are men the ones to control what women are allowed to do with their bodies? Why are they the ones to suggest these absolutely dumb and abusive laws? Especially at their age. I dotn want to be biased, but i feel like its always the old men politicians (or whatever the heck theyre called in america) who were born in the era where this shit was acceptable and normalized. I genuinly hope that it stays as a suggestion and nothing else. The fact that this is even being considered is genuinly dehuminizing and cruel in so many ways. Americans have fought so hard to legalize womans/lgbtq+ rights but these old farts have the ability to throw it all away. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THESE LAWS??
