I wish I could help )': I'm in no position to offer any advice and don't know what you've already tried or gone through, but I just wanted to mention that "getting a shit ton of sleep" might be counter productive because oversleeping is a thing (depending on where you look, some places define it as more than 9 hours, or closer to the range of 12-15 hours of sleep). It can be related to hypersomnia or sleep apnea, the latter which kinda sounds like the symptoms you have. I used to sleep 12-15 hours no problem but it would cause me to feel pretty groggy and miserable throughout the day; I get closer to 9 now and I think I feel a lot better for it.

I hope you're able to find some answers you're looking for though 🙏 All of that sounds really tough to work with. If you can't afford to go see a doctor sometimes forums like Reddit can at least help you research more into what you're suffering from.

For sure!! Getting too much sleep fucks me up more, and a lot of people don't believe me when I say oversleeping doubles mortality rates so JDHDHJDdjfdfg
It's still very hard to get a good range on sleep since my sleep is so erratic (not to mention I get anxious about sleeping because I've had so many bad experiences with it, which just adds to the cycle)
I think I might have narcolepsy/sleep apnea/and such... and just sleep problems in general but sleep studies are so... expensive.. like 3k expensive
HHH thank you for looking out and giving me your thoughts!!
