I opened a request to contact Paypal because I could not message LTOz through Paypal's messaging system (literally said "unable to message"). I hope you do the same and that you get your case resolved ):
My case was closed and Paypal is doing a refund transaction! I messaged LTOz again to let them know they are no longer obligated to my commission. I am walking away from this now and not looking back. To anyone reading this, I understand that artists have lives too and bad things happen to good people, but I have been scammed in the past and learned a $92 mistake not to ignore a problem when it comes to the Paypal 180 day Refund Policy. At the end of the day, you worked hard for your money, and when you want to treat yourself here and there, you should be able to protect yourself, too. I won't be writing a PSA on this person because I never got their side of the story (they simply disappeared) and I did get my money back from Paypal customer service, however, I won't be back. I truly am sorry and wish the best to all of you and I hope your cases are resolved or that this artist comes back and fulfills your commissions.
