Hello everyone. My paypal has been used by this artist and i've so far paid their debts for them. They currently owe me a huge amount of money and I still have my paypal in debt due to not being able to pay for them. Please help, expose this artist to others because they also owe local clients a huge amount. I'm sorry to everyone who got scammed.

Well. Fuck. I sent them $70 for a comm back on June 24th and just remembered and checked in. I don't believe I sent money to your paypal, though. So now I wonder if they'd used their own or another person's account.
Yes, I believe they keep using another person's account. Just a small update regarding this issue, Geane Josef / LieutenantOzGood lives in the Philippines, and we do plan on filing a complaint against her. (i live in the philippines and maintain a contact with her family). Sadly her family is not very cooperative with this matter and victims of this scam still continue to open up. As much as I want to file a complaint though, it seems less likely considering how I don't have the funds nor the support for it irl, and other local clients may be scared to do so. But as much as possible, I want to share this issue all over so that everyone is aware, because her debt is around more than $400 - $500, including the local clients and other foreign clients who got scammed. I even encountered someone on twt who got scammed by LTOZ TWO YEARS AGO. And has not received a refund to this day.
This artist continues to deny that they are scamming people, and makes promises of paying back what they owe. But I have no hopes for that now ._.
Do not commission this artist. I commissioned them back in February, they told me the TAT was 1-2 weeks. It has been six months and I have not even recieved a sketch or any kind of wip. I asked for a refund and they told me to wait two days so that they could finish the commission
it has been two months. two fucking months since then.
This is aggravating, I made a forum asking if someone could draw my OC and had over 20 interested people, I chose this artist and now im just straight up fucking disappointed.
This artist will not give me a refund and has only completed a portion of my commission. They have not even communicated with me in months.

I am so sorry that happened to you!!! This scares me because I sent them a message last week and they haven't even looked at it... to my knowledge they haven't even started... I may give them one more week then hit up Paypal since it is still within the 90 days ;A;

I’ve gotten scammed before, so something like this makes me anxious it is going to happen again - by an artist that still hasn’t given me anything in over 2 years then had the nerve to ask me to take down their name on my PSA (I wouldn’t have done a PSA if it weren’t so much money).
