i tried referring to the comments but i couldnt get the music box to work at all
have a read of this comment i left and see if it applies to you!
if it is because of WYSIWYG, you’d need to delete the <span> tags that is surrounding the <iframe>!
other than that, if you can give me a link to the character with the code, i can have a look at it later tonight if nothing is working ^^
