It's explained in my tos in more details , but I'll copy the paragraph here sweetheart: 

commercial use is not included in my commissions, customs or adoptions, that will be a separate payment that has to be deducted according to the use that you want to give to the adoption commercially. .

Currently the only adoptions (auctions) of mine that come with that permission included at the time of adoption are those that include a vtuber model made by me. (this does not include my characters that have been resold and the model I have made for myself)
