It's Lucifer from 46 Okunen Monogatari: The Shinkaron! She's the main villain from that game! It was released on the PC-98, and later got a SNES port called E.V.O. Search for Eden! If that rings any bells. ^_^
No unfortunately! It'd be cool if I could ever get my hands on the floppies and the computer some day though! Honestly I'd be content just owning the floppies for a while! I've played it through an emulator called Neko Project II. It works pretty well, but set up can be confusing. ^_^

No not really! there's not a dedicated fanbase for this game really, it's just something of a special interest of mine.
