Vera's Tenets ofcourse. Though I don't think it classifies as religion, it's more akin to the rights of dragonkind and its manifesto for peace.
*Vera's Tenets were the founding pillars of the Crysanthanum and all Crystal Dragons when it still held the Centerpiece position.
