I'm scared of Chocolate though, I heard it must go through all sorts of acids and then they melt it and roast it and melt it again, and then add more acids and stuff. I think at that point I'm just tasting sweet acidy stuff. It's almost as if someone is preparing bi- I mean fish, and poured it in acryllic and thne took the fish out and then keep the fishbones and pour fish paste in it, and then melt the acryllic and then eat what remains of the fish.
