I contacted Krispy a bit ago - maybe 3 weeks? - for 2 customs. In both cases, it was a Closed Species design (both more or less based on a bunny), and, in both cases, I gave them a lot of leeway with the their own artistic freedom.
The first design was a tribal-inspired design, and I absolutely LOVE the end result (here).
The second design was a tad different than the first one - you see, this species also has a feral form, which I obtained a month ago. And they did a wonderful of turning the feral version into a humanoid version! (both versions visible here)
They provided a lot of sketches and progress pictures, which I personally enjoyed a lot! All in all, 10/10, can recommend!
